A new quarter of 17 family homes and an apartment block offering Supported Living accommodation

On the site of a former care home in Erith on Lesney Park Road, the proposal celebrates the verdant character of the suburban neighbourhood with a collection of new homes designed around retaining high quality mature trees and creating a strong frontage to the street.

Large family houses face the existing tree-lined avenue with new streets leading to a cluster of family homes expressed with gabled roofs and distinctive brick tones. The Supported Living apartments frame the street and provide an intimate and secure living environment for their residents, as an integrated piece of the local neighbourhood.
