A council led study to redevelop a low density suburban housing estate to increase capacity and provide a range of new homes
The new masterplan provides an uplift in dwellings and a more diverse mix of house types that reflect the local need, within a new layout that provides active frontages around new green spaces. The plan provides new links and frontages to previously unwelcoming pedestrian routes through the neighbourhood.
The new homes are 100% dual aspect in a range of efficient typologies from houses to apartments and maisonettes. The scale of the development works with the sloping topography of the site, allowing for increased heights along key routes.
