The redevelopment of Chiswick Health Centre into a new modern health hub for the local community alongside much needed local housing
Through extensive discussions and workshops with health practitioners from Chiswick Health Centre, Stitch determined a brief for a new health hub that would modernise existing facilities and provide flexibility and space for expansion into the future. Arranged over four storeys, the health hub was designed as a welcoming and easily navigable building for patients and staff alike. Arranged around a central courtyard space, the various spaces within the centre benefited from natural light and views into the garden.
