In keeping with the scale of the existing suburban context the scheme also delivers apartments using a bespoke typology of ‘flats with front doors on the street’. The ten apartments – a mix of shared ownership and private sale – all have direct access from the street, creating a human scale streetscape. The new homes back onto existing rear gardens of the surrounding properties and are designed to maximise good aspect without overlooking neighbouring homes.
