We are celebrating a great start to 2020 with unanimous planning approval for our first housing scheme with BexleyCo

On the site of a former care home in Erith, the scheme provides 17 new family homes and a Supported Living block with 12 bespoke apartments

The design celebrates the verdant character of the suburban area with the plan designed around retaining high quality mature trees and creating a strong frontage to the main street. Retaining and enhancing the ecological value of the site was also a key driver and understanding the levels across the site means the new homes sit comfortably in their environment, respectful of neighbours.

Stitch was first engaged by BexleyCo in 2019 to optimise the capacity on the site and successfully generated a masterplan delivering more homes than initial capacity studies predicted.

Next, we will be producing tender stage drawings with a view for construction to start in 2021.
