A mixed-tenure development of 336 homes across several sites within the Acton Gardens regeneration project

This major phase marks the next chapter in the evolution of the Acton Gardens development. The scheme ‘unlocks’ the central part of the redevelopment and creates a new network of connections linking the community centre at the heart of the neighbourhood and Stitch’s recently completed Phase 7.1 to the north.

The pedestrian experience leads the design, carefully composing a new street through the site to include wide pavements and generous landscaping to create a safe and welcoming route through the community.

With a prominent setting facing two large parks, the new homes provide an elegant backdrop to the green setting of the neighbourhood.
