Planning consent secured for Camden Film Quarter in London, including 485 BM Stitch designed homes

Planning consent was granted on 15 June 2026 by the London Borough of Camden for Camden Film Quarter, the major mixed-use regeneration project in north London being delivered by Yoo Capital. The first phase of the scheme includes 485 homes designed by Broadway Malyan’s housing studio, BM Stitch, for Places for People.
